We have three main ways to serve schools with wholesome options. Together, they provide a range of choices to suit the needs of any school, and, while they’re all different, their common goal is to provide students with fresh meals and snacks throughout the school day. What’s more, we offer a variety of options to help schools customize any of our programs until they are exactly right for any situation.

Full Service On-Site Chef Program
This is a complete turn-key program where we are on-site and take care of everything. We will provide chefs who will prepare and cook meals in your school kitchen, and a professional staff to serve you. Every day, students, faculty, and staff will have a choice of several breakfasts, lunches, and snacks.

A kitchen which meets health code standards for food preparation with appliances and prep area (must also meet Sapphire at School requirements).
Made to Order Delivery Program
We provide you with a list of meal options from which to select in advance. We prepare the meals each morning in our offsite Sapphire Kitchen, a state-of-the-art cooking facility, and deliver the meals in our temperature-controlled vehicles. Hot meals arrive at your school hot, and cold meals arrive cold. You store the meals in warmers and/or refrigerators until ready to serve.

Preset Monthly Rotating Delivery Program
A monthly menu with fixed daily meals to fit your needs and your budget. Meals are carefully selected to give students variety and a choice of flavors while maintaining the quality standards for which we’re known. We prepare the meals each morning in our offsite Sapphire Kitchen, a state-of-the-art cooking facility, and deliver the meals in our temperature-controlled vehicles. Hot meals arrive at your school hot, and cold meals arrive cold. You store the meals in warmers and/or refrigerators until ready to serve.
WHAT YOU NEED
Refrigeration and warmers. Trained cafeteria managers or certified food handlers (volunteers as needed).
Sapphire does not intentionally provide schools with food containing or exposed to peanuts or tree nuts or other common allergens. Sapphire procures food ingredients which it believes are free of nuts and other common allergens but it does not control and cannot be responsible for the accuracy of labeling or other actions of third party suppliers. Accordingly, Sapphire disclaims responsibility for serving food which contains nuts or other common allergens except to the extent of its gross negligence or willful misconduct.
