Chef Azmin and his team bring experience and passion to the food program to educate the students about food and flavor and to help them thrive and be their very best. What sets the Sapphire at School program apart from others, is our commitment to the highest quality of food, which is locally sourced, made from scratch, with tasty recipes created by chefs. We invite you to get to know our team, build relationships with us, and participate in creating the very best food program for your school.

Sapphire at School offers an online, cashless payment portal to our school communities. This payment portal is an integral part of our goal to offer parents a secure, convenient payment gateway and add an efficient communication tool to deliver up-to-date menu calendars to our parents. By visiting and establishing your own personal, secure user profile, you will be able to order meals for your students. To begin this set-up, you will need your student’s school ID, which can be obtained from either your school or by contacting the Sapphire at School staff.

Complete instructions for setting up your account are included below.
All orders received within 48 hours will be accepted.

Visit and click “Create Account”.

  • Please note that when selecting your “School District”, your school’s name will NOT appear. Please select “Sapphire at School”.
  • Once your secure account has been established, it’s time to add your student(s) by using their student ID’s assigned by the school. (If you need your student ID #, you may contact the school’s front desks, or our Sapphire at School team.)


  1. From the main page of your account, click the PreOrder button (look for the red apple icon).
  2. On the calendar that appears to the left of your screen, select the date range you would like to order for.
    Tip! Choose the first and last day of the month. This will allow you to see all dates available for the month without having to click back and forth!
  3. Add your selections for each student to your “Shopping Cart”.
    Tip! Have numerous students? You don’t have to “Check Out” in between each student. Once you have completed your selections for your first student, simply scroll back to the top of the page, and select your next student from the drop down box located towards the top right of the page.

Once you have finished your selections, click “Proceed to Check Out” at the bottom of the page. Complete the check out procedures until you have received a confirmation that your order has been accepted, and a transaction order is given to you.

Should you need to cancel your student’s meal, please email or call the Sapphire at School team at least 24 hours in advance. If you can’t reach us, please leave a message and we will confirm with you once a refund has been made to their meal account.
